If you book a ticket with an early booking discount, you cannot cancel or reschedule the ticket. Until 2 days before the visit day, free cancellations and rescheduling are available via My Pages if you have purchased a regular admission ticket. Rescheduling can only be done to a day with the same admission price and is done while logged in to My Pages.
Cancellations made within 2 days before the visit day and before 9:00 AM on the same day as the visit will incur a cancellation fee of 295 SEK per order. Cancellations after 9:00 AM on the same day as the visit will be charged the full order amount, no refund is possible.
See example if you bought a ticket for June 4:
June 1 Free rescheduling possible until 11:59 PM. Free cancellation possible until 11:59 PM. | June 2 Cancellation possible with a fee of 295 SEK per order. Rescheduling not possible. | June 3 Cancellation possible with a fee of 295 SEK per order. Rescheduling not posible. | June 4 Day of visit Cancellation possible with a fee of 295 SEK per order until 9:00 AM, thereafter no possibility to cancel. Rescheduling not possible. |
